Crankshaft Damper High Performance Kit

High performance hub, damper and pulley block to suit Nissan TD42T/Ti Series. The damper is a 7" ATI Super Damper rated at over 1000 H.P. This Damper assembly has been manufactured for performance vehicles that do not require air conditioning drive. The pulley block has two grooves, ONLY for the alternator and power steering. This unit uses the standard taper lock and nut. The crankshaft snout and keyway grooves must be in very good condition.
Note: Not suitable for naturally aspirated TD42 as the hub fouls on the timing case cover
The ATI Super Damper is made in the USA, the Hub and Pulley are made in Australia

Engine Australia recommends that a new crankshaft damper be fitted to this crankshaft at installation. Available options are:
Standard replacement: VDNI130 (pulley block and hub) + VDNI130A (weight plate)
Performance: VDPNI131A (This damper does not use the taper lock.)
High Performance: VDPNI131 (Uses an ATI Diesel SuperDamper and specially designed hub. It does not accommodate the air-conditioner belt.)

Consider fitting ACL Race Series Bearings with this crankshaft installation.  To promote a smoother revving engine, reduced engine stresses and promote engine longevity, this crankshaft has been finely balanced.  Engine Australia recommends that the new damper, conrods, pistons, flywheel & pressure plate or ring gear are also balanced at the time of crankshaft installation.

If you want to increase the strength and toughness of the crankshaft even further, we recommend cryogenic temperature treatment.

Cylinder Head Performance Stud Kit

Part Number: HSKFO105 | Status: Available

Cylinder head stud, washer and nut set by ARP to suit Ford Ranger, Mazda BT-50 - Oct 2011 onwards, and Everest - Oct 2015 onwards with P5AT/DT32 (5Cyl, 3.2L) engines. These studs will help gain the increased head clamping required in performance applications. They will achieve a more evenly distributed and accurate torque load compared to that of head bolts by eliminating the twisting force created during tightening. This ultimately translates into higher reliability and a lower chance of head gasket failure.

Set contains:
10 x M8 studs, washers and nuts.
12 x M10 studs, washers and nuts.
1 x ARP Fastener Assembly Lubricant

Tensions:
M8 @ 44 N.m (32 Ft.lbs) This is a 10% increase over OE bolt tension
