Gasket Cylinder Head Performance Grade 7
Grade 7 Performance M.L.S. Head Gaskets to suit all Toyota 1HZ, 1HZ-T and 1HD-T engines.
Engine Australia has worked with Cometic Gaskets to develop these Performance head gaskets.
There is no O.E. equivalent to the Grade 7 head gasket. It has been developed for engine builders with excessive piston protrusion or wanting to reduce cylinder pressures in high boost applications.
When used with our ARP2000 head studs there is more control of cylinder pressures by less head lift and better combustion chamber sealing.
Gasket selection by Piston Protrusion for 1HZ
GHPTO350G7 – Use for piston protrusions between 0.656 - 0.755 mm.
Gasket selection by Piston Protrusion for 1HZT / 1HDT
GHPTO350G7 - Use for piston protrusions between 0.726 - 0.825 mm.
We highly recommend using our ARP2000 head stud kits with these gaskets – HSKTO340 (1/2”) or HSKTO340A (11mm).
