Inlet Valve – Performance 45° (Ford 15/9/2015 onwards)
Performance 45° inlet valve to suit Ford Ranger 15/9/2015 onwards with DT32 (5Cyl, 3.2L) engines.
Designed and manufactured for high performance diesel applications. These inlet valve bodies are one-piece forgings made of Non-magnetic 21-4N stainless steel and the stem ends are tipped with induction hardened 4Cr9Si2 friction welded, steel wafers. All valve bodies are fully Nitride hardened. The valve heads are fully machined, and the underside radii are swirl polished right to the valve face to promote better air flow and combustion chamber swirl. All valves have a 30° back-cut up to valve faces.
The valve body and valve face metals have been selected and prepared to withstand high temperature conditions, high stress applications and highly corrosive combustion chamber atmospheres – the standard environment for a high-performance diesel engine.

Oil Pump Gear Type
Diesel Performance Parts offers a direct replacement gear type oil pump to suit Duratorq TDCi Puma 2.2lt GBVA P4AT and 3.2lt SAFA P5AT engines found in Ford Ranger (2011-2015) & Mazda BT-50 (2011-). By replacing the O.E. variable displacement vane pump with a gear type pump, you increase the reliability of your engine and do not have to be concerned about the “10-minute oil change” rule or engine failure due to oil pump failure. It has all the benefits of increased oil flow and pressure across the full RPM range, with a very small power penalty in the normal operating range. This gear type pump is a must for performance applications due to its increased oil flow and pressure.
Some minor modification to the baffle rib in the sump may be required to fit the Diesel Performance Parts upgrade gear type oil pump to these engines.
