Bolts, ARP2000, Toyota 1KD and 2KD Cylinder Head Stud Set
ARP2000 Performance cylinder head stud set to suit Toyota 1KD and 2KD engines. There are eight long studs and ten short studs with washers and nuts to suit. No modification to head bolt holes in the block or head is required. These studs will help gain the increased head clamping required in performance applications. They will achieve a more evenly distributed and accurate torque load compared to that of head bolts by eliminating the twisting force created during tightening. This ultimately translates into higher reliability and a lower chance of head gasket failure. Set includes ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant.
Final torque of 170 N.m (125 Ft.lbs) will deliver 75% of the fasteners yield strength as clamping load (8,636 kg/19,000 lbs). This is an increase of 8.4% clamping load over OE head bolts.
Final torque of 190 N.m (140 Ft.lbs) will deliver 85% of the fasteners yield strength as clamping load (9,772 kg/21,500 lbs). This is an increase of 19% clamping load over OE head bolts.

Bolts, ARP2000, Toyota 2H, 11Z and 12H-T Cylinder Head Stud Set
These ARP2000 head studs have been specially designed and manufactured for Toyota 2H, 2H (Parent Bore), 11Z & 12HT engines.
There are nineteen (19) x M12 studs at 139 mm long and seven (7) at 136 mm long, and 26 washers and nuts to suit.
These studs will help gain the increased head clamping required in performance applications.
They will achieve a more evenly distributed and accurate torque load compared to that of head bolts by eliminating the twisting force created during tightening.
This ultimately translates into higher reliability and a lower chance of head gasket failure. Set includes ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant.
Note – These studs can also be used in Toyota 1Z and 2Z engines, however only eighteen (13/5) are required.
Final torque of 169 N.m (125 ft.lb) will deliver 75% of the fasteners yield strength as a clamping force of 8,830 kg (19,425 lbs). This is an increase of 29% clamping load over OE head bolts.
For most applications, 169 N.m will be sufficient. However, should you find you are experiencing gasket leakage, and all surfaces are flat and in good condition, you can use final torque of 191 N.m (141 ft.lb). This will deliver around 85% of the yield as a clamping load of 9,985 kg (22,015 lbs). This is an increase of 46% clamping load over OE head bolts.

ARP8740 1/2" Performance cylinder head stud set to suit Toyota 1HD-FT and 1HD-FTE series. There are twenty studs at 146mm length, 6 studs at 156mm length with washers and nuts to suit. These studs are 1/2" UNC. The head bolt holes in the block and head need to be modified to take these studs. These studs will help gain the increased head clamping required in performance applications. They will achieve a more evenly distributed and accurate torque load compared to that of head bolts by eliminating the twisting force created during tightening. This ultimately translates into higher reliability and a lower chance of head gasket failure. Set includes ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant.
Final torque of 170 N.m (125 Ft.lbs) will deliver 75% of the fasteners yield strength as clamping load (8416 kg/18515 lbs). This is an increase of 68% clamping load over OE head bolts

These studs are 1/2" UNC to the block and will require the head bolt holes be drilled and tapped to suit. This will help gain the increased head clamping required in performance applications. They will achieve a more evenly distributed and accurate torque load compared to that of head bolts by eliminating the twisting force created during tightening. This ultimately translates into higher reliability and a lower chance of head gasket failure.

Camshaft 8/1995 >
Forged camshaft to suit the Nissan TD42/T/Ti family of engines.
They are a direct replacement for Nissan camshaft 1300151N00 which was released 8/1995 in the ‘black top’ engines (original colour of the rocker cover). They do not suit the early naturally aspirated TD42 ‘silver top’ engines that have pistons with valve reliefs in the crown. These camshafts are forged from EN9/S53C steel and have the cam lobes and journals induction hardened to 55 – 60 HRC. All dimensions and tolerances are comparable with the O.E. camshaft. The cam lobes are tapered to facilitate cam follower rotation which reduces cam lobe and follower face wear. Each camshaft is lot and serial number identified.
WARNING:
New or re-ground camshafts should always be installed with new or re-faced cam followers. We offer cam follower CFNI124.
